How & Where

First Contact

Once you have decided for yourself that you need help, and want me to listen to your concerns, please get in touch.
My telephone number and email is at the bottom of this page, or alternatively use the contact button on the home page.
We shall then make an appointment for our first meeting.
If after that meeting you decide that we can work together we shall agree our further weekly meetings.

Discreet

I understand that we shall be talking about some of your deepest concerns. You may not necessarily want anyone to know that you see a counsellor.
That is why we shall meet in a separate building next to a normal house, with its own and discreet entrance, in Stamford.
Nothing on the outside will identify it as a counselling practice.

Confidential

Your concerns will often relate to your most private and personal thoughts and feelings. That’s why it is important that you know that all you say and express will stay between you and me in strictest confidence. (There are a couple of exceptions, which we shall discuss)

In that way you will be able to feel safe to explore your concerns with me and discover a way of handling them best.
